Lili was one of the prominent women activists of “Mizrahi”. In 1930 she married Avraham Shmuel Benjamin Fraenkel. During the Holocaust she assisted refugees from Poland and Slovakia. Lili was arrested by the Gestapo with her husband and their eldest son. In prison she shared a cell with Hanna Szenes. After the liberation she continued with her Zionist activities. She made aliya.
